ASSOCIATED STUDENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO (ASUMN)
The Associated Students of the University of New Mexico (ASUNM) organization is authorized by the Board of Regents. This student governing organization has been established to enhance the University of New Mexico's academic and intellectual environment for students and to promote their rights, interests and professional development through representation, advocacy and direct services. The president of the ASUNM is a non-voting advisor to the Board of Regents.
The Associated Students of the University of New Mexico (ASUNM), is the recognized student government at UNM. They provide various services to any person in undergraduate status. As defined in its Constitution, the ASUNM government, the representative body of ASUNM, preserves, protects and defends the rights of the students.
