URGENT UPDATE 2/1 03:35 am Aggravated Battery at 1200 Avenida Cesar Chavez SE (Lobo Village). Male offender discharged gun into apartment at Lobo Village striking 2 individuals. Male offender (#1) armed with a handgun is described as white male 19-20 years old wearing all black clothing. Brown hair with blonde tips that were spiked with gel. Seen with several males described: #2 – early 20s black male with dread locks and a red jacket with white stripes on shoulder and a black hoodie under. Blue jeans and white shoes. #3 – early 20s male wearing red sweats, white shoes, black hoodie with number on front. #4 – early 20s male wearing grey sweats, lavender hoodie with design on front. #5 – early 20s male wearing blue jeans and a black hoodie. All subjects were last seen leaving west from apartment building #5 towards the access road on the west side of Lobo Village. Subjects then left the area in two vehicles: a black 4 doors sedan and a white 4 door sedan.
